PT MSR I - Inglewood, West L.A., Pasadena, & LACOE

As a Member Service Representative you will provide exceptional member service and perform all teller transactions efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities also include maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, and under direct supervision processes customer transactions within established guidelines. A background in Sales is highly desirable as our Member Service Representatives introduce customers to new products and actively promote, explain, and cross-sell California Credit Union products and services.


FSR I - Inglewood & Valencia

Using Automated Decision Systems, process loan applications and fund loans; establish new memberships and open new accounts. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Achieve assigned goals. Conduct offsite visits to promote CCU products and services.


FSR II - North Hills & Rosenell

Using automated decision systems, process and fund loan applications; establish new memberships and open new accounts. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Interview and counsel members; gather and compile loan information for credit approval. Responsible for analyzing detailed information for consumer loans. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Serve as resource for information as related to FSR I and provide training. Achieve assigned goals. Conduct offsite visits to promote CCU products and services.

Contact Center MSR I

The Contact Center MSR I is responsible for providing high quality service to California Credit Union members responding to product, operations and policy inquiries as well as resolving complaints in an accurate, timely and professional manner with the highest level of integrity and excellent service in accordance with established Credit Union policy and standards.


AVP, Real Estate Lending Manager

Under the direction of the SVP of Real Estate Lending, oversee Underwriting, Processing and Funding groups to ensure timely and compliant loan production. The AVP Real Estate Lending Manager will lead facilitation of an effective production workflow between Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters and Closers to create an environment that delivers exceptional service to internal customers and members. The AVP will assign and direct the loan volume of first trust deed transactions from Processing to Funding.

Principal functions include: managing workflows and volume, meeting allotted times-frames and re-evaluation of procedures to improve productivity, loan quality, and member service efficiencies. The AVP Real Estate Lending Manager will train and lead Processors, Underwriters, and Closers. The AVP Real Estate Lending Manager will also assist in the reconciliation of internal and external Quality Control functions. In conjunction with management, assist in creating and implementing procedures for workflow changes as needed. The AVP Real Estate Lending Manager is responsible for ensuring staff is adhering to GSE requirements in addition to federal and state regulatory requirements.


Real Estate Loan Underwriter

Review, underwrite and decision first mortgage products offered by California Credit Union (CCU). Loans are underwritten to meet CCU guidelines including investor and mortgage insurance guidelines. Additionally, to train staff to ensure that origination, processing and documentation for funding of real estate loans are conducted according to CCU policies, procedures and guidelines. Work with members on more complicated loans and provide excellent customer service to CCU members.


1st Trust Deed Loan Processor

Processes, gathers required data, reviews, and finalizes all documentation required in order to submit the file to Underwriting for Final Approval. Adheres to mortgage insurance and Fannie Mae compliance / regulatory standards. Submits to Underwriting for Final Approval complete and accurate files. Ensures all conditions are met prior to transferring the loan file to the funding staff. Performs required Quality Control functions. Assist staff in the real estate loan process, thus securing effective funding and closing. Performs complex income analysis to determine required documentation.
