The Digital Coordinator serves as the primary eMarketing specialist and digital project manager for current and future digital products and campaigns across all the California Credit Union platforms (website, smart phones, tablet, etc.) throughout the product development lifecycle. The Digital Coordinator takes ownership of features and services and assists with the creation of a vision for how the site will work to meet the members’ needs.
Senior Web Specialist
The Senior Web Specialist is responsible for consistent engagement of users on the internal and external websites and eCommerce marketing messages for CCU and its affiliates. This person will be responsible for primarily back-end design and maintenance of the corporate web site and landing pages, as well as electronic marketing materials, promotional offers, and interactive design projects. Primary emphasis will be ongoing development of the corporate web and mobile presence. This individual is responsible for working as an integral part of the Credit Union’s marketing team, specifically in the areas of website engagement and e-marketing.
Real Estate Loan Underwriter
The Real Estate Loan Underwriter will review, underwrite and decision first mortgage products offered by CCU. Loans are underwritten to meet CCU guidelines including investor and mortgage insurance guidelines. Additionally, to train staff to ensure that origination, processing and documentation for funding of real estate loans are conducted according to CCU policies, procedures and guidelines. Work with members on more complicated loans and provide excellent customer service to CCU members.
1st Trust Deed Loan Processor - Level III
Processes, gathers required data, reviews, and finalizes all documentation required in order to submit the file to Underwriting for Final Approval. Adheres to mortgage insurance and Fannie Mae compliance / regulatory standards. Submits to Underwriting for Final Approval complete and accurate files. Ensures all conditions are met prior to transferring the loan file to the funding staff. Performs required Quality Control functions. Assist staff in the real estate loan process, thus securing effective funding and closing. Performs complex income analysis to determine required documentation.
