Financial Advisor (North Hills, North Hollywood, and Valencia)

The Financial Advisor is responsible for achieving stated monthly sales goals by meeting with clients and potential clients to identify financial needs, offer the appropriate investment products available through CCU Investment Services, and process operational paperwork in a timely manner. The Financial advisor develops sales through prospecting, referrals, and marketing programs. The Financial advisor will solicit investment services from members, potential members, field of membership, professional organizations, and any other method to achieve assigned sales goals.

The Financial Advisor will achieve assigned monthly production targets by the following critical components:

  • Prospecting within the credit union by establishing relationships with retail branch staff to find appropriate members and generate referrals/introductions
  • Engaging in activities that enable access to those members who may not frequently use the retail branch
  • Prospecting outside the credit union in order to bring in new client relationships
  • Selling effectively by establishing relationships with members, finding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions in a compelling way so the client sees the value, understands the features and benefits and purchases the solution

PT MSR (North Hills, Covina, and Rosenell)

Provide exceptional member service; perform all teller transactions efficiently and accurately. Respond to member's inquiries timely and accurately or refer to appropriate staff member. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Achieve assigned goals.

 

GLENDALE - CORPORATE

Loan Sales Officers (Real Estate)

Responsible for soliciting mortgage loans, from members, Realtors, potential members, Certified Public Accountants, Financial Planners, Attorneys, trade associations, professional organizations, local open house(s), and any other available method thus increasing monthly loan activity. Responsible for helping members and non members with loan origination, which includes interviewing to determine best loan product, quoting interest rates and payments, explaining the loan process, pre-qualifying and/or pre-approving potential borrowers, as well as other related activities. Provide information on loan programs, fees and rates. Inform and advise members of the most appropriate financing options available to them. Take in-coming calls and make out-going calls to increase loan generation. Communicate with the processing and underwriting staff on individual loan issues. Screen potential applicants thoroughly and accurately thus minimizing fall-out. Provide excellent member service to CCU members.

System Administrator (IT)

Perform systems engineering, design, planning, and implementation. Assists in project planning, management and oversight. As a backup, configures router, switches, and network services defined in the design for both data and VoIP systems. Configures and monitors network management tools. Develops and documents management and monitoring procedures including problem resolution and escalation processes. Requires the ability to work together with and lead/mentor a team.
