Branch Manager (North Hollywood)
This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to branch employees including staff development, motivation and training. Will ensure that branch employees provide exceptional member service and participate in Credit Union growth through business development activities and the acquisition of new members. Responsible for analyzing detailed information for consumer loans. Position is also responsible for overseeing the physical security, audit integrity and risk management of the branch and manages branch expenses and loss control.
Provide exceptional member service; using Automated Decision Systems, process and fund loan applications; establish new memberships and open new accounts. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Interview and counsels members; gather and complies loan information for credit approval. Responsible for analyzing detailed information for consumer loans. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Achieve assigned goals.
PT MSR (Carson, Pasadena, North Hills, Torrance and Glendale)
Provide exceptional member service; perform all teller transactions efficiently and accurately. Respond to member's inquiries timely and accurately or refer to appropriate staff member. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Achieve assigned goals.
GLENDALE - CORPORATE
Business Development Officer
Responsible for developing and maintaining business development, marketing, and community relations programs that ensure long term growth while managing relationships with the education community served by CCU, with special emphasis on soliciting new markets. The Business Development Officer will promote and represent the credit union, its elected officials, and management with a positive image.
MSR (Contact Center)
The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing high quality service to The California Credit Union members responding to product, operations and policy inquiries as well as resolving complaints in an accurate, timely and professional manner with the highest level of integrity and excellent service in accordance with established Credit Union policy and standards.
This position is responsible for improving the learner’s job performance by teaching them the skills, tools and knowledge necessary for their job. The Training Specialist will design and deliver program content and suggest improvements as needed. The position will specialize in the areas of branch operations, branch procedures, member service and sales skills, among other California Credit Union operational functions. Ongoing feedback will also be provided to management regarding participant progress and areas of improvement as they relate to classes facilitated.
Training experience is required.
Real Estate Underwriting/Processing Manager
To oversee, under the direction of the Director of Real Estate Operations, daily departmental Loan Underwriting and Processing Operations. Liaison between Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters and Branches. Assign and direct the loan volume of first and Home Equity Products. Must have strong processing and underwriting skills. Principal functions include managing workflows and volume. Meet strict completion of files within allotted times. Re-evaluation procedures to implement control by improving efficiencies and productivity, and facilitate training of staff. Assist in the pre-underwriting of Equity loans prior to Final approval and within level authority set by management. In conjunction with management, assist in writing procedures for workflow changes, handle employee loans and fill in the vacancy of absence and peak volumes.
Candidate must have 5 years of underwriting and processing management experience.
