Overview of Employee Benefits
California Credit Union has a adaptable benefits program that helps you design benefits according to your individual needs. We offer a Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan that includes a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account and a medical spending account.
Medical, Dental and Vision Plans
The credit union provides a point of service or basic HMO plan, as well as dental and vision coverage at no cost to eligible employees. We also pay approximately 50% of the cost of dependent coverage.
Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability Insurance
These benefits are provided at no cost to all eligible employees.
CCU believes in helping employees invest in their retirement. We offer a generous 401(k) plan in which we match dollar for dollar for the first 6% of the employee's contribution. Also, the employee is 100% vested in all CCU contributions immediately.
Paid Time Off
We provide paid vacation, paid sick/emergency time and paid holidays.
