The Default Rate is Prime Plus** 19.90% but at no time will the rate exceed 23.15%. *** The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) you receive will be within the range disclosed above and is based on your credit score but at no time will the rate be less than 11.00% (the floor limit). Higher credit scores receive our best rate. Lower credit scores get our highest rate. Please ask us for the rate that your credit score determines.

In this application “You” and “Your” means the person(s) who request this card. “CCU” and “We” mean California Credit Union. If you are not a member, you hereby apply for membership in CCU. You further understand that the granting of security interests is a condition for the approval of the credit card.

If there is more than one applicant, each of you understand and agree that each of you will be individually and jointly liable for payment of all amounts owing on the account. If your application is approved and you have failed to sign the application your consent to the terms of this account will be indicated when the account is activated by balance transfer, cash advance, convenience check, or purchase.

Important information about procedures for opening a new account

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
