How to Sign up for Online Banking
Click on the green button, located in the blue Online Banking Access box in the upper left corner.
You will be asked for several pieces of personal information, including your Member Number (found on your paper statement, member card or signature card). Fill out and click submit. Your Online Banking ID and new temporary password will be listed after you click submit. Make sure you copy the password down to use in the next step.
Click the link where prompted. It will take you back to californiacu.org.
Enter your new Online Banking ID and temporary password into the Online Banking Access box. Click .
To verify your identity, you will need to choose a contact method to receive your one-time-use secure access code.
It may take up to a minute for you to receive the secure access code. If you are having trouble receiving the code, simple click back on your browser and choose again.
Enter the secure access code you have received. The code can be up to 6 digits long.
Read and accept the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure.
Complete your profile by verifying your information is correct and entering any additional information as requested.
Change your account password from the temporary password to a new one of your choosing.
Your Online Banking sign up is now complete.
