Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Protect yourself and your family against interrupted income caused by accidents. We are pleased to make available to you, through Affinion Benefit Group, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. California Credit Union members over the age of 18 are eligible to receive $2,000 of AD&D coverage at no cost. To activate your coverage, you must complete and mail an enrollment form.
