Assistant Branch Manager (Pasadena)
Under the direction of the AVP, Branch Manager, this position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to branch employees including staff development, motivation, and training. In the absence of the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of branch. This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with CCU's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Will ensure that branch employees provide exceptional member service and participate in Credit Union growth through sales and service excellence. Position is also responsible for overseeing the physical security, audit integrity and risk management of the branch and manages branch expenses and loss control.
FSR (Rosenell & Torrance)
Provide exceptional member service; using Automated Decision Systems, process loan applications and fund loans; establish new memberships and open new accounts. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Develop, expand and retain member relationships. Coordinate sales efforts with the appropriate department (Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) as needed. Achieve assigned goals.
MSR - Full-Time (Valencia)
Provide exceptional member service; perform all teller transactions efficiently and accurately. Respond to member's inquiries timely and accurately or refer to appropriate staff member. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Achieve assigned goals.
MSR - Part-Time (West LA, Inglewood, Beaudry and Carson)
Provide exceptional member service; perform all teller transactions efficiently and accurately. Respond to member's inquiries timely and accurately or refer to appropriate staff member. Actively promote, explain and cross-sell credit union products and services, and actively participate in all promotional/referral programs. Achieve assigned goals.
MSR Supervisor (Pasadena)
Provide exceptional member service; provide leadership and direction for all MSR staff. Responsible for the development, motivation and training of MSR staff. Ensure assigned staff provides exceptional member service. Responsible for maintaining audit integrity, risk management and branch security. Respond to member inquiries timely and accurately. Schedule MSR staff to ensure optimum service coverage and the even distribution of work. Ensure the active participation of MSR staff in promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services. Develop MSR staff in areas of product knowledge and cross selling skills. Support branch management in the attainment of assigned goals. Assist branch management in the planning and conducting weekly staff meetings. Actively participate in weekly management team meetings.

MSR - PT (Call Center)
The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing high quality service to California Credit Union members responding to product, operations and policy inquiries as well as resolving complaints in an accurate, timely and professional manner with the highest level of integrity and excellent service in accordance with established Credit Union policy and standards.
