Patrick Carey

Mr. Carey is responsible for the Legal Department of the credit union in addition to overseeing Marketing, Regulatory Compliance, Collections, Human Resources, Information Technology, Card Services and Operations. Mr. Carey became an employee of California Credit Union after serving as the credit union’s outside legal counsel for over seven years.  As a member of CCU’s executive management team, he brings greater resources and legal knowledge to help the credit union as it continues to grow and add new services.

Mr. Carey had a career as a commercial banker prior to beginning his law career specializing in credit unions.  He is a graduate from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Economics and received his Law Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
