Lawrence Serot

Mr. Serot has been the Chief Business Officer for Glendale Community College District for almost 14 years; responsible for the financial and business operations and for information technology services of a district with a total budget in excess of $100 million and over 1,000 full/part-time employees. He also oversees a $98 million capital outlay bond and all construction activities.

Has served on the board of a 120 member property and liability JPA (ASCIP). Actively involved in professional activities at the State level (Association of Chief Business Officers; Community College League; State Chancellor’s Consultation Council) and regional level (Western Association Chief Business Officers). Has served on eight accreditation teams, and on several statewide JPA boards.
